EXISTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING USED AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND PROVIDING THEM TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TRANSITIONING FROM HOMELESS SHELTERS INTO THEIR OWN HOMES.

RENTAL OF 80 APARTMENTS ASSISTED UNDER SECTION 8 OF THE UNITED STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937 PURSUANT TO A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT BETWEEN AND HUD.

IS DEDICATED TO CREATING LASTING SOLUTIONS TO HOMELESSNESS AND STRENGTHENING OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH SERVICE THAT IS BASED ON THE VALUES OF TRAUMA INFORMED PRACTICES OF EMPOWERMENT, INSPIRATION, UNDERSTANDING, AND RELATIONSHIPS.
