Grants to Iowa and Illinois nonprofit organizations in the funding source's service area for projects and initiatives to benefit the local community. Funding is intended for program and capital expenses. Grants are made to applicants located in the Foundation's service area, including the Quad Cities region of Scott County, Iowa, and Rock Island, Mercer, Henry, Warren, Henderson, and McDonough Counties in Illinois.
Grants are made to non-profit agencies in The Moline Foundation service area which includes the Quad Cities region of Scott County, Iowa, and Rock Island, Mercer, Henry, Warren, Henderson and McDonough counties, Illinois.
Ineligible
Grants are not generally available for those agencies and institutions primarily funded through tax support.
